And the company is also public-listed in the mainboard of SGX. Some of Bukit Sembawang extensive and remarkable landed homes and private residential portfolios include: 4,600 landed houses in Seletar Hills, Sembawang Hills, Luxus Hills and more than 1,800 residential properties in prime district 9 and 10. The company also achieved industry-distinguished awards and accolade over the years in the real estate development.
